Terms of Use
Last updated June 15, 2026
These Terms govern your use of EpoxyWeb, a service of AchStack LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we do
EpoxyWeb builds, launches, and maintains a professional website for your business. We handle the technical work so you don't have to — and there's a real person to call.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Pricing, payments, and billing
- Website build (one-time). The build is priced per project and billed by a separate invoice — it varies with the work involved, so it isn't a fixed catalog price.
- Memberships (monthly). Maintenance and Visibility are optional monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and isn't renewed after that. We don't prorate or refund partial periods. No contracts, no lock-in.
- Annual bundle offer. If you prepay a full year of both Maintenance and Visibility, your website build is on us — covered up to $450 (a demo-tier site). If you already paid for your build, we credit that amount toward the year, up to $450. Work beyond the demo tier, or above $450, is billed for the difference. Offer terms may change for new sign-ups.
- Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which you're responsible for where required.
Your content and responsibilities
You provide the content for your site (text, photos, logos, etc.) and confirm you have the rights to use it. You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. You're responsible for the accuracy of your business information.
Ownership
You own your business. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and stay yours — we hold only a limited, revocable key to do the work you've hired us for. You own the content you provide and the resulting site. We retain ownership of the EpoxyWeb platform, templates, designs, and underlying technology, and grant you a license to use your site as part of the service. You grant us the limited license needed to build, host, maintain, and promote your site (e.g. showing it as an example of our work).
Service availability
We work to keep your site online and the service running, and we perform routine maintenance. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aren't responsible for outages caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
No guarantees on outcomes
The service is provided “as is.” While we follow good practices for visibility and local search, we can't guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales — those depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpoxyWeb and AchStack LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EpoxyWeb and AchStack LLC against claims arising from the content you provide or your misuse of the service.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or violation of these Terms. On termination, you keep your domain, hosting, and content; we remove our access and any platform-side components.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
